A few words about us and how the idea for this shop came about

We have been running a restaurant with Peruvian-Mexican cuisine for 16 years

Right from the start we wanted to give our guests the opportunity to enjoy the cuisine from Perú and México at home. Unfortunately, at that time there was a lack of reliable suppliers with good quality products, and we also had a lot to do with the launch of the restaurant. So this idea was a bit forgotten. But postponed is not lifted.

Then Corona came and we had to think about how we could make ourselves somewhat independent of restaurant operations, so the sale of Peruvian-Mexican food was planned again.

It was very fortunate that we got to know the company anpercor europ and its Inka Green brand during this time. Their products are of excellent quality and come directly from producers in Germany. This eliminates all middlemen, which is reflected in quality and price.

Now we had very good products from Peru and a reliable partner. After talks, we took over the representation of the products for our region.

That's how we started. In July 2021 we outsourced the sale of the products and opened our own shop in Nieschlagstraße in Hanover Linden, where we offer many products from Latin America such as:

Food from Latin America, products from Peru and products from Colombia and many more countries

In order to be able to offer our products to many customers, this shop was set up.

But we don't just want to sell our products, we also want to offer help with the preparation, tips for cooking and the use of individual products.

In addition, our recipes with original suggestions as well as tips and tricks from our kitchen.

Since there is almost everything to cook authentically, but not everything. But you can find a lot of things fresh on markets, not the original but very close in taste.
